Getting involved with my local bicycling advocacy group has been one of the most important things to me in recent years. Combining my civic interests with my favorite hobby has allowed me to contribute meaningfully to a city that I love. When it came time to rebrand the group, I knew exactly what I wanted to do.

The Bike Lakewood Logo is designed to convey the relationship of bicycling to the city of Lakewood. One of the many beautiful aspects of Lakewood is the abundance of immense trees lining the streets and filling our parks and yards. Bike Lakewood has chosen to view the chainring and crank arm of a bicycle as one of these wonderful green trees, framed by blue sky and green grass.
